| About | When Waters Rise was formed in April 2011 hailing from The Brass City of Waterbury, Connecticut, The band features Ryan Casey – Vocals, Matt Dombroski – Guitars, Nick August – Bass, and Mike Sparano – Drums. They credit 100 Demons, Madball, Death Threat and Glassjaw as their influences. Upon forming….. the band immediately started writing songs in Matt’s basement. As soon as they had enough songs for a set they started playing live shows with the best regional bands. In Feb. 2012 the band released their debut self-titled CD EP on the Ear One Productions record label. The CD was Produced, Engineered and Mixed by Mike Livingston (Former guitarist/vocalist with Hardcore Heavyweights 100 Demons and 25 Ta Life). Now the band is playing as many live shows as possible to promote their CD and looking to venture outward regionally and beyond. In the summer of 2012 When Waters Rise will be recording a full length CD to follow up their EP. Stay tuned and enjoy the music! |
